Delivery: Who, What, When, Where, How much?

Who: we use a nationwide freight broker which engages various state and national carriers to facilitate prompt service.

What: if your order is large or heavy you will need to ensure that the necessary assistance is available for enabling receipt of your order. Most carriers require assistance for consignments in excess of 20kg, this can be more man power or equipment like a forklift. Note this is your responsibility.

When: Delivery timeframes will depend on your location. Note that someone is required to be available to receipt your order between normal business hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm – if no one is present the carrier will leave a note with a contact number for you to arrange another delivery date – they will only try once more otherwise the consignment will then be taken to their warehouse, you will then be required to make arrangements with the carrier – additional charges may occur that you will be responsible for. The original freight charges are non-refundable.

Where: we ship Australia wide excluding to PO box addresses

How Much: once you have completed your shopping proceed to checkout, your freight cost will be calculated and shown as part of the checkout window. Of course you can elect to collect your order in person which will not attract a delivery charge.



In stock items: will be despatched within 24hrs excluding weekends.

Buy in items: we have to comply with our suppliers terms of trade therefore we anticipate that buy in lines may take up to two weeks to procure and dispatch, dependent upon availability from our suppliers.

Tracking of orders: You will be emailed dispatch information which includes the carrier name and the relevant con note. Simply log onto their website and follow their prompts to tracking information.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

We will inform you by email when your order has been shipped and include the courier tracking details, so you can easily track the delivery status of your package.
