RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Goods to be returned must be in an unused, resalable condition. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. All returns are subject to our terms and conditions and will incur a 20% restocking fee (Note warranties will not incur a restocking fee). To be considered for return of goods for any reason other than faulty goods we will only consider if we receive notification within 14 days of invoice date.
Note: Buy in items (non-stock lines) and some specials such as end of line clearance items are non-returnable.
Prior approval must be in the form of an RA (Return Authority) form issued by Tool City outlining the amount to be credited and the amount being withheld as a restocking fee. This must be sent along with the goods being returned. Freight charges incurred by returns are the responsibility of the customer. The original freight charges are not refundable.
My order is damaged – what do I do?
Whilst we strive to ensure that your goods are shipped to prevent damage;
If the package is obviously damaged simply refuse delivery. If the damage is discovered after opening the consignment please take a picture of the carton(s) and product(s) and contact us immediately preferably by email. We will then make necessary arrangements for resupply.
Warranties will be processed as per our terms and conditions and the Australian Consumer laws.
